Chicken truck crashes on motorway in Austria

Thousands of chickens were let loose on a motorway in Austria, after a transport truck hit a bridge, spilling its freight onto the road.

This incident took place yesterday (04) causing traffic chaos on the motor way.

At the time of the accident, the truck was transporting around 700 chickens.

It took about 120 fire-fighters four hours to catch the chickens one by one and put them back in their boxes.
