SLC CEO produces false medicals in court : Report Featured

Sri Lanka Cricket Board (SLC) Controversial CEO Ashley De Silva has reportedly produced false documents to courts, in order to escape the hearing of a case against him lodged by a former lady employee of SLC, 'Cricket Age' reports.

Ashley fired that lady employee on the behalf of SLC, by accusing her for misbehaviour, even though she was contracted with the board for two years.

In response, the lady moved to court and lodged a case against her termination by naming Ashley and SLC.

However, Ashley had not appeared before the court for two hearings on September 27 and November 02.

According to Cricket Age, in order to escape the court hearings, Ashley had produced a false medical report, which has been given by a lady doctor, who is apparently the wife of SLC HR Manager Dananjaya Wijesinghe.

Dananjaya's father Sam Wijesinghe too, holds a high position in the Parliament.
