BBC reporter Azzam Ameen has quoted former President Mahinda Rajapaksa as to saying that the murder of Sunday Leader editor - Lasantha Wickremetunga as well as the assaults on Nation newspaper's Defence Correspondent - Keith Noyahr and Chief Editor of Rivira - Upali Tennakoon 'all happened from one place.'
