Thusitha Haloluwa appointed as Mangala's Chief of Staff

Thushitha Haloluwa has been appointed as the Chief of Staff of the Finance and Media Ministry. 

He is also the Chairman of Commercial Fertiliser Company. 

Haloluwa has also served as the Private Secretary of former ministers Amarasiri Dodangoda, Anurudha Ratwatte, Ministers Dilan Perera, Nimal Siripala de Silva and Anura Priyadharshana de Silva.  

In addition, he has also served as the Propeganda Director of the SLFP and as the head of the propaganda unit of former President Chandrika Kumaranatunge.
