During a media briefing held yesterday, Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekara questioned how Anura Kumara Dissanayake was obtaining fuel to travel around the country when the whole country is struggling without fuel.

The JVP Leader noted that he had refused to obtain fuel when parliamentarians were offered fuel from the Police Shed in Narahenpita and a few days ago when fuel was offered by parliament.
However, he noted that over the past few days, many luxury vehicles had obtained fuel from the Kolonnawa terminal.

Therefore, he said that Minister Kanchana Wijesekara should focus his attention on this matter.
