The order was issued when a Fundamental Rights petition filed by the Bar Association of Sri Lanka seeking a proper mechanism to resolve the hospital and transportation services which are crippled as a result of the fuel crisis, was taken up for consideration today.
The order was issued by a bench comprising justices Vijith Malalgoda, Mahinda Samayawardhana, and Arjuna Obeysekera citing the Prime Minister, the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, the Ceylon Electricity Board and 37 others as respondents in the case.
