Police stated that the injured were admitted to the Kandy Hospital.
The victim is a 19-year-old.
They are residents of the Wariyapola area in Kurunegala and had come to the area on a picnic, police said.
Police stated that the accident took place when the bus had given way for another vehicle on the road.
