Despite a previous notice on earlier this month, the department says it has observed a large number of clients who had not done so.

"It is regretted to inform that hereafter, services will be provided only to the applicants who have made prior appointment under one day and normal services to obtain passports," a media release issued by the Department of Immigration and Emigration.
