Govt. to get US$2.5bn from a 'house' in Rajagiriya! (Video)

Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP - Dr. Harsha de Silva says that the government is planning to obtain a loan of US$2.5 billion and to pay US$ 175 million as commission.
 
Speaking in Parliament recently, the MP said that the loan is to be obtained from one Kenneth De La Motte, said to be owning a company called Concept Global.
 
Noting that the address of this company is in Rajagiriya, the SJB said that when they had visited the location of the address, all they found was a house.
