He has added that travel restrictions will not be lifted on May 31 and June 04 as previously planned.

 

Divisional Secretaries and Government Agents have been instructed to distribute essential goods through mobile vendors and therefore the public has been requested to remain at home.

 

The government has also scheduled a media conference at 3.00pm today to brief on the continuation of essential services.
