It is said that these 10 MPs include 06 Muslim MPs.
Although several MPs had initially opposed the 20th amendment over the dual citizenship issue, their opposition is also said to have been dealt with.
However, names of 11 opposition MPs said to be voting in favour of the 20th Amendment are currently circulating in social media.
The MPs are : Ishaq Rahuman, Mohamed Ali Sabry, Mohommad Nazir, Mohommad Haris, Faizar Cassim, Mohommad Musharaff, Diana Gamage, Kingley Nelson, Hesha Withanage, Rohana Bandara and Chaminda Wijesiri.
However, MPs Hesha Withanage, Rohana Bandara and Chaminda Wijesiri have already stated that they will not vote in favour of the 20th Amendment.
Meanwhile, the Samagi Jana Balawegaya led by Sajith Premadasa has reportedly decided to expel any MP who votes in favour of the 20th Amendment.
The decision was taken at a parliamentary group meeting today (22), where Diana Gamage has been notably absent.
