4 more Covid-19 cases from Rajanganaya (update)
Four more cases of Covid-19 have been reported from Rajanganaya, the Government Information Department states.
This brings the total number of Covid019 cases found with in the day to 14 and the total number found so far to 2,468.

5 contacts from Kandakadu, test positive
Ten Covid-19 cases have been reported today (11) including 05 close contacts of Covid-19 patients detected from the Kandakadu Rehabilitation Centre.
The close contacts include 02 residents of Welikanda, and one resident each from Rajanganaya, Habaraduwa and Lankapura.
The remaining cases reported today are 04 returnees from UAE and one returnee from Kuwait, who are already under quarantine after their return to Sri Lanka.
According to the National Epidemiological report issued at 6.40pm today, the total number of cases have shot up to 2,464.
It adds that there are 473 patients under medical care while 1980 have recovered. The number of fatalities stand at 11.
