Visiting the homes of the students who had died in Azerbaijan Higher Education, Technology and New Inventions Minister Bandula Gunawardena said yesterday (12) that institutions sending students abroad to universities would be regulated.
He said that the death of these three students in Azerbaijan further emphasized the need for such regulations.
