Dialog waives off charges

Dialog has announced that all Voice Call and SMS charges incurred by its customers yesterday (20) will be waived in full, due to the disturbance to mobile Services experienced on that date.

“We regret the inconvenience caused due to the disturbance to mobile Services on 20/09/17,” the service provider a said in a text message sent to all customers.

“As a token of gratitude, your Voice Call charges (Local, IDD, Roaming) and SMS charges incurred on 20/9 will be waived in full. You will receive this waiver as a credit to your bill.”

The waiver of charges will be for both prepaid and postpaid customers.
