The ministry says that this was agreed to at a meeting held today (25) between the minister, the Sathosa Chairman, Commissioner of Cooperative Development and CEOs of super markets.
Accordingly, a kilo of Nadu will be sold at Rs. 97 & a kilo of White and red Kakulu will be sold at Rs. 95 at Super Markets, Sathosa & Cooperatives from April 01.
Rice will be sold at Super Markets, Sathosa & Cooperatives at Govt. approved prices from April 01, due to the upcoming New Year season, the Ministry of Agriculture says.
